As part of this undertaking, help define and build our CTO group strategies and governance, working closely with leaders across Novidea to affect positive, sustainable change.
Three areas of focus:
Working alongside Product, R&D, Architecture (and DCS) to provide operational frameworks across the CTO office.
Programme management of our product to delivery, scaling skill set across Scrum and PMO functions.
Change management across the technology organization, supporting internal innovation initiatives.
Key objectives:
Provide a common framework for all CTO functions, driving consistency and open communication across the group
Align the technology strategy to the product strategy
Create a data-driven mindset across the CTO group – leveraging Agile principles, and values.
Manage cross-functional programs and create a control framework to provide optics on key initiatives and deliverables
Ensure that operations are coordinated and completed within the set deadline and available budget – tracking these metrics with the support of the department leads
Support clear communication of the Product roadmap, by geography and market
Provide an open platform for the CTO group to raise initiatives, and support/own the implementation
Provide a program mindset to the discussion, in support of the roadmap delivery, against the desired KPIs
Support internal innovation, applying metrics for success and tracking learnings
As part of the management team, responsible for delivery against agreed KPIs and reporting effectively to this stakeholder group
Support change management processes in the CTO organization to ensure successful transition and maximum efficiency
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and roll out policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the organization’s global standards and local regulations.
Manage the cross-functional strategic initiatives for Technology Operations and create a control framework to provide optics on key programs and initiatives
Collaborate with engineering leadership and facilitate the execution of organizational strategies by translating high-level organizational strategies into tactical and operational goals
Provide periodic (daily/weekly) incident reports to key stakeholders with root causes, corrective actions, and summary of activities highlighting common categories/trends to enable leadership to invest in appropriate areas
Review and standardize engineering practices across Technology Operations
