Required Program Manager Accelerator Program for startups with Haredi founders (Early Stage).
Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Program Manager for our Accelerator Program. This role is integral to the successful operation and execution of our program, which is designed to nurture and support early-stage startups with at least one haredi founder.
Responsibilities:
Program Operation: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accelerator program, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly and effectively.
Syllabus Development: Design and manage the program syllabus, ensuring it is comprehensive, relevant, and up-to-date with industry standards and trends.
Mentorship Coordination: Schedule mentors for various stages of the program. Ensure mentors are well-matched with the startups’ needs while in continuous contact with the relevant source at Intel Ignite TLV, Deloitte IL, and HUJI.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with mentors, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure their active participation and support throughout the program.
Participant Support: Provide guidance and support to program participants, when needed, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their potential
Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve program components to enhance participant experience and outcomes.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes for the managing partners.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within an accelerator or incubator setting. Experience working with startups and entrepreneurs.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including mentors, startups, and partners.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and the challenges Haredi entrepreneurs face.
Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
