The position
Mobileye seeks a seasoned, technically adept, and highly innovative Senior Program Manager to join our R&D Product team, with a focus on Feature Release Planning (FRP). This impactful role requires extensive experience in cross-organizational product planning, operational strategy, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, development, and project teams to design, implement, and oversee large-scale feature release planning frameworks. This position is perfect for a leader who can establish and optimize processes at scale, ensuring that Mobileye’s product delivery roadmap meets business goals with excellence.
What will your job look like:
Develop and Execute Cross-Organization Planning Frameworks:
Build and implement scalable product and development planning processes, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and timeline.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, and Business Development teams to consolidate and optimize planning across departments.
Lead the creation of agile yet robust processes that allow the organization to respond swiftly to changing needs without compromising long-term goals.
Governance, Monitoring, and Control:
Oversee governance across the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and external requirements such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).
Implement structured monitoring processes and tools to report real-time project execution vs. plans, providing clear status updates to executive leadership.
Training, Support, and Enablement for planning Process
Provide training to R&D, Product, and Business Development teams on FRP frameworks and tools, equipping them to execute planning confidently and effectively.
Offer ongoing support and act as a resource throughout the planning stages to ensure smooth and aligned execution.
Resource Allocation and Risk Management:
Create frameworks for effective resource allocation, risk management, and change control, supporting predictable project delivery across multiple product lines.
Lead efforts in capacity planning and optimization, ensuring resources align with the strategic priorities of Mobileye’s product roadmap.
Champion Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by introducing and implementing new methodologies and tools to streamline execution, focusing on delivering high-quality products efficiently.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives, continuously refining these metrics to promote operational excellence.
All you need is:
B.Sc
. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, MBA, or advanced certifications in program management and process optimization are advantageous.
5+ years of program and product management experience in large-scale software development environments, ideally with experience implementing Agile/Scrum at an enterprise level.
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling product or development planning processes.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, capable of crafting and communicating complex processes to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Proven ability to drive operational improvements at scale, with experience rolling out changes across multiple departments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hebrew
Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards or similar is beneficial.
