we are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team.
As a Product Manager, you will:
Maintain end-to-end responsibility for the product roadmap and development cycle from ideation, customer validation, and discovery with R&D, to writing specs, designing UI, and optimizing UX to achieve business goals, launching, and monitoring.
Manage engineering and research teams using Agile methodology to develop cutting-edge products that utilize AI/ML algorithms and deliver projects on time.
Own a customer-centric mindset with the capability to translate requirements into the product development process, prioritizing efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
Encourage data-driven product decisions leveraging market research, competitor analysis, user insights metrics, and user feedback; ensuring continuous growth for existing and potential customers to identify new value-generating opportunities.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop content, messaging, and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real-world use cases, driving sales enablement.

2 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS B2B products from data-driven companies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work across multiple projects, aligning on goals and deliverables.
Customer and business-oriented, ensuring the product delivers value to all users and businesses.
Ability to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies- Advantage
Ability to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
