Were looking for a Product Designer to own & create an amazing user experience across our platform interfaces.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our consumer-facing product flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to create innovative and intuitive designs that meet both user needs, brand look and feel, and business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a problem solver, up for experimenting to increase conversion rates and a strong advocate for user-centered design principles. You will have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
The Product Designer will report to the Director of Brand & Marketing Design within the Corporate Marketing Division, and have a dotted line to the Growth Team.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as a Product Designer in the Marketing department means your daily responsibilities may include:
Lead complex user flows with ownership over the design for top to bottom-of-the-funnel user experience.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement data-driven solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience that drive growth.
Work to analyze user data and behavior to identify growth opportunities and potential bottlenecks, and follow user testing results to optimize the UXUI design solution
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and the brands look and feel
Create user flows across various platforms: IOS, Android, desktop, mobile-web
Integrate the brands visual language and tone of voice into user interfaces
Execute all visual design stages from research, through wireframing to final hand-off to engineering
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
Create or guide micro animation design to execute a better flow and delightful experience
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and industry standards to create delightful and effective user experiences.

3+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) design in a product company
Some experience in Marketing Design practices
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite and other design tools (AE and motion graphics are an advantage)
Excellent communication skills (in English) – Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just ‘how it should look’ but ‘what we should build’)
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Self-managed with an ability to prioritize workload and meet critical project milestones, working in a fast-paced environment.
