As a Pharmacy Engagement Product Manager you will develop and implement a strategic plan focused on pharmacies for the obesity market, including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and risks. You will build an integrated brand strategy for pharmacies: private pharmacies for the short term and clinical pharmacies in HMOs for the long term. You will directly report to Senior Obesity Business Unit Director.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we expect you to have Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmacy specialty.
Strong strategic thinking, result-orientation, and market understanding.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
Capacity for multitasking, resilience, and creative problem-solving.
Collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
Proficiency in Hebrew (native-level) and English (fluent).
