As a Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will drive paid performance acquisition strategies across various digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other visual-social platforms. You will be instrumental in researching, conceptualize creative, setting up, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and user acquisition metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, independent and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Research, set up, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok & others.
Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, acquisition methods, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
Generate insightful reports, summaries, and strategic recommendations based on campaign results and data analysis.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Partnerships, Social Media, Product Marketing, Creative) and external partners (Data and Product teams) to drive cohesive marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and explore new marketing platforms to expand our reach and impact.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in acquisition and retargeting on Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns (+50,000$ monthly spend) with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset.
