This role is part of the HR team and reports to the Director of Global Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L).
How will you make an impact?
Exploring, designing, developing, and executing global learning and development programs across different units and sites.
Creating tailored content that reflects culture and addresses specific organizational requirements.
Creating and implementing programs and initiatives that support talent management and employee development.
Continuously managing the annual OD&L work plan, including gap analysis, initiative creation and planning, content development, vendor management, budget definition, delivery, monitoring, and improvement processes.
Implementing ongoing measurement mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of OD&L programs.
2 + years of experience in OD&L from global tech companies
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in creating content, designing and implementing learning and development sessions
Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and drive multiple focal points across levels, units and geographies
Ability to solve challenges creatively utilizing data to diagnose, analyze and measure trends, units and needs with meaningful and integrative insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
MA/MBA in Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Sciences / or related field
