Responsibilities:
1. Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Accurately track and manage all sales opportunities within the CRM
system.
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility
into sales performance and pipeline health.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
Maintain accurate records of revenue data, including bookings,
billings, and collections.
Assist in forecasting revenue and identifying potential revenue risks.
2. Contract Management:
Support the sales team in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring
accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to streamline contract
processes.
3. Customer Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a
smooth and positive experience.
Coordinate with relevant teams to set up accounts, provide training,
and address any initial concerns
Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
