Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all office administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including overseeing facilities management, cooperating with various suppliers, office supplies, logistics, food supply and equipment.
Efficiently handle all travel arrangements and related expenses, including employee reimbursement.
Arranging off-site and welfare activities: happy hours, events, gifts for employees, toasts, lectures, and other fun events.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding new employees (global) by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and providing necessary resources.
Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2-4 years of experience in a similar startup/high-tech company position.
Full-time job from our offices.
Experience collaborating with supply vendors, including handling purchases, invoices, and price offers.
Advanced proficiency in Google Drive applications, including Google Sheets and Google Docs..
Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and close the loop abilities to push the global, ongoing operations of the growing company.
Strong problem-solving skills, Self-motivated, Fast thinking & Result oriented, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
