You will be part of the Post Silicon SW Tool & Automation team in NVIDIA Networking Business Unit, a team responsible for the infrastructure, GUI tools and all SW related application of the high-speed communication products, and be working with other teams such as the circuit design, digital design, lab & firmware to ensure outstanding products and superb automated tools.
What youll be doing:
Develop software tools and infrastructure to control the hardware of NVIDIA products, with a focus on mixed-signal IP.
Provide first-line support for all team activities, including assisting customers with our tools.
Train customers on product usage and best practices to ensure they can effectively utilize our tools and infrastructure.
Manage support requests from customers across various time zones, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles to assist customers in resolving common issues.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a leading university.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant field.
Strong knowledge of hardware, particularly SerDes and Optics.
Strong understanding of Python programming.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical support skills.
Experience with version control tools like GIT, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in controlling and verifying complex SerDes systems, understanding mixed-signal designs.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Prior experience in internal customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
