Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role in a B2B environment
Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
