Required Marketing Manager

In this role youll spearhead the marketing efforts for the Data and Digital BUs offerings by deeply understanding our target audiences everyday challenges and succinctly explaining how our solutions help solve customer problems. The Data & Digital team is responsible for developing and bringing to market innovative solutions designed to elevate the customer experience and create new breakthroughs in our business model. As our Marketing Manager, youll develop close collaborations with business streams owners and other relevant stakeholders to shape effective marketing strategy and content and lead GTM and marketing efforts.
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
Build a marketing function from the ground up in our Data & Digital BU
Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution of various business streams, in collaboration with global sales & marketing teams, to drive adoption and success of our solutions and products
Create and manage marketing operations workflows and processes for the Data & Digital BU
Shape different business stream value propositions and messaging, articulating the solution benefit across relevant marketing assets, educational and sales tools and campaigns
Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in all work processes
Manage end-to-end marketing projects and initiatives
Maintain close familiarity with market and competitive trends to support positioning strategies and take an active part in the strategy and roadmap discussions of new/next-generation product introductions.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading and collaborating in a matrix team and ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional and international teams
5 years of leading and developing growth and marketing strategy for a B2B company/start-up
Experience and familiarity with relevant marketing tools, software, partners and best practices
Effective communication skills and an adaptive interpersonal style
Sound problem solving and decision-making abilities, creative and innovative thought processes, initiative and self-motivation
Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally
Experience as a product manager – a plus
Fast learner and adapter
Native English speaker – preferred
Superb presentations skills (in English)
Excellent command of MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook)
Available to travel for work and work with the US.
