The position will report directly to the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel. A key feature of this role will be supporting and acting as focal point to the global Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing legal counselling and guidance on various corporate issues, collaborating closely with finance, management and human resources.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, deal with various recruiting efforts and support the expansion of our growing staff globally in many countries.
Draft, review and implement corporate governance policies and procedures pertaining to our companys compliance.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to corporate and employment.
Handle multiple assignments concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
– Israel-qualified attorney with 3-5 years PQE at a technology company or a leading international law firm
– MUST have experience in Corporate law and regulations for US traded companies.
– MUST have experience with Employment law (global and Israeli), including privacy related aspects.
– Soft Skills: excellent interpersonal skills for collaborations and negotiations. Can also work autonomously. Precision and efficiency. Can solve analytical problems with solution-driven, client-oriented approach to legal issues
– MUST be fluent in English (written and spoken)
