The opportunity
As a Lead Sourcing Specialist you will lead sourcing activities to support TAPI R&D sites (Italy, Israel, Hungary, India, and Czech) throughout the product life cycle, from early lab sample stage up until the first launch in the main market. You will ensure on time delivery of all RM’s to the R&D sites from cost competitive, high compliance, reliable suppliers to allow on time development, submissions and launch. You will ensure TAPI competitiveness and actively negotiate all orders to ensure competitive RM price, in line with product strategy and business needs, and ensure continuous evaluation and risk mitigation plan for the key raw materials and starting materials. You will focus on continuous improvement and cost excellence while safeguarding TAPI compliance, ethics, protecting the environment, improving sustainability and ensuring patient safety.
