As a Learning and Development Manager, you will set and execute the Learning and Development strategy based on our company’s needs and uniquely shape our organization’s workforce.
What you’ll do:
Set, support, coordinate, implement, and communicate Learning and Development initiatives in partnership with HRBPs, and Business leaders on training needs and prioritization.
Plan for and anticipate short- and long-term learning and development needs.
Establish an approach of using in-house design, tech, and partners to ensure high-quality learning solutions that deepen skill development and drive practical application.
Establish milestones and rigorous evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and drive improvements.
Responsible for data collection, dashboarding, and reporting to Leadership.
Understand behavioral learning trends and apply innovative solutions to bring complex content to life in simple, memorable ways.
Ensure all curricula and courseware are high quality, innovative, and legally compliant and drive strategic business objectives & desired behaviors.
Track ROI and regularly report on key training metrics to the Executive Leadership team to determine the effectiveness of all training and development programs.
Seek and gather information from management, team members, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
Create collateral for participants and instructor training material.
Create an environment that enables other individuals to fully utilize their talents by making them feel supported, significant, encouraged, respected, and empowered.

Requirements:
Proven experience in building and leading learning and development processes from scratch.
7+ years of experience in leading L&D in global organizations.
Expertise in leading global Management Development in high technology industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
Flexible and quick on their feet and able to leverage data to make rapid decisions.
Ability to work side-by-side with senior executives.
Passion for the growth and development of others.
Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through.
Education:
BA in behavioral sciences or equivalent

7+ years of experience in leading L&D in global organizations.
