We are seeking for a Labor and Employment Legal Counsel to join our global (spread in 4 main regions) dedicated, collaborative, and fast-growing legal team.
The primary responsibility of the Labor and Employment Legal Counsel will be to support employment and legal issues in Israel and in other locations in the world.
The ideal candidate will have enrich experience in Israeli Labor laws and some experience in Labor laws around the globe, mainly in the US and the UK. Also, be a creative and analytical thinker who is highly detail oriented and embraces a business-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and establish a trusted advisor relationship with internal stakeholders.
You Will:
Provide advice and day-to-day support on Employment and Labor issues including recruiting and hiring, performance management, leaves of absences, accommodations, terminations, compensation, harassment, discrimination, internal investigations, and restrictive covenants
Support the development and rollout of global employment policies to ensure best practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support global compensation and benefits programs
Draft, revise, and advise on employee related documents including employment agreements, contractor agreements, and separation agreements
Manage local and international outside employment counsel in an efficient and cost effective manner.

A licensed attorney with 2-3 years’ experience in an employment law department of a leading law firm or from a Legal department in a High Tech company
Experience with domestic and international employment law – in particular US and UK
An excellent communicator and able to partner well with colleagues on the HR Team and business stakeholders
Experience with high growth private companies
Able to provide practical solutions and business-oriented advice on a wide array of complex employment law issues
Passionate about employment law and keep up to date on developments
Interested in working for a dynamic technology company and excited to be part of a growing team
Organized and efficient with your time and tasks
Fluent English (written and oral)
