The position
Mobileye is looking for a Customer Support Engineer for a challenging position in supporting various automotive companies (OEMs) in their deployment of Mobileye products.
What will your job look like?
A customer focal point for technical issues related to Platform SW (Basetech)
Understand and analyze problems and provide technical solutions where applicable
Debug low level issues, sensor connectivity/malfunction, software update, vehicle communication issues.
Join Mobileye Platform SW analysis team in Germany working closely with Mobileye SW development, suppliers and with customers (OEMs).
Work directly with various internal and external SW supplier teams driving the issues to resolution
Get to be exposed and be part of building the most challenging and inspiring product in the Automotive domain (full self-driving cars and semi self-driving cars)
All you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or equivalent technical field from an accredited institution
A minimum of 5 years of experience in System debugging or System testing in automotive industry
Excellent understanding of Systems Engineering
Strong communication skills that translate the benefits of technical decisions in your field to colleagues, management, and other stakeholders, including customers
Hands-on experience on using test benches
Experience in working with Vector debugging tools CANoe, CANanalyzer, etc
Knowledge of communication Buses and protocols like CANFD, ETH, SOMEIP
Willing to travel within Germany/Europe to take part in customer, SW supplier workshops.
Fluent English language and great communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 5-7 years of System/SW/Validation experience in Automotive industry, ADAS related product preferred.
Working experience on multi-SOC ECUs
Advanced System/Software analysis and debug skills on test benches and vehicles
Experience with AUTOSAR based systems, Network management, Diagnostics and communication modules
Advanced skills to debug rearrest of rearrest issues from the field.
