Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take the role of an Operations Project Manager in our F&O department.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and project-managing processes, and methodologies to drive successful execution in the spaces of compliance and reporting. In addition, you will serve as the main focal point for existing and potential suppliers.
Integral to the position is overseeing all aspects of compliance and control within the organization, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
Lead compliance and reporting projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, andmonitoring.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals and their procurement requirements.
Develop and implement compliance strategies to address regulatory changes and requirements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other criteria.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements and compliance with regulations
Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments.
Forecast procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Philosophy-Economics-Political science from a University – A must!!
Up to 3 years of experience in Managing high-scale projects
Data analysis skills, good business instincts, and problem-solving abilities.
High-level proficiency and experience in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
English – Excellent speaker
Advantage
Solid understanding of the world of Compliance and Standrads.
Experience or aptitude to understand contract language, and knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with the tech market, particularly with SaaS, AWS cloud providers, consultants, and integration companies.
Experience with procurement software and tools, including ERP systems and e-procurement platforms
