Quality Assurance:

Production Ownership:
Execute and take full ownership of the production plan.
Collaboration:

Previous managerial experience in a similar role is essential.
Practical electronics engineering background with a minimum of 3-4 years experience similar role in High Tech companies.
Proficiency in system testing and card integration to sub-assembly.
Ability to interpret drawings and electrical diagrams.
Demonstrated problem-solving experience.
Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines.
High level of English, spoken and written.
ERP experience NS, Priority an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multi-tasking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Lean Manufacturing Experience/Understanding OR Six Sigma Certification an advantage.
