Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team member
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure optimal productivity requirements are met through weekly activity and pipeline reviews
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, channel, and the field, to ensure alignment and support in achieving company goals
Pipeline forecasting, reporting, business planning, develop and refine existing processes to ensure business efficiency, and manage day-to-day activity of reps within assigned accounts / territory
Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:
2-5 years Inside Sales Management experience
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as a sales leader and individual contributor
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Team player.
2-5 years Inside Sales Management experience
