we are looking for a tech savvy HubSpot Revenue Operations Consultant to join the growing RevOps team. In this role, you will take a deep dive into every corner of HubSpots CRM platform. This will include set up, integration and implementation of strategy and automation as well as building operational processes to optimize our clients Revenue teams.
Your activities will include building and implementing processes into Hubspot; software set up, integrations (Salesforce, Zoom, Zapier and more), leading and participating in client and team meetings, providing client support, preparing and documenting processes and procedures for internal and external use.
What you be doing:
Leading client meetings.
Setup, audit, migrate, implement and maintain marketing systems.
Integrating apps and tools with HubSpot.
Building Marketing and Sales reports and dashboards.
Building process documents and client Playbooks.
On-going Hubspot Support for clients.
Leading and managing training for our clients.
Project managing client accounts.
Requirements:
1+ years of HubSpot experience
HubSpot Sales and Marketing Admin Capabilities
Workflows Knowledge
Experience with the HubSpot/Salesforce Integration
Field Creation and Administration
Data Modeling for Custom Objects
Familiarity with HubSpots API
Understanding of Webhooks
Data Migration and Mapping
Sequences Implementation
3rd Party App Integration
Excellent project management skills.
Proven ability to design and optimize complex systems and processes
Analytical mindset.
A high level of English written and verbal communication skills is required.
