The HR Partner is part of divisional global HR team, supporting multiple business units with all HR activities.
Works closely with managers and employees to drive talent management strategies, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the companys HR initiatives align with business goals.
Manage and implement HR programs and initiatives (such as talent management, employees onboarding, compensation, performance management, welfare activities, legal compliance, internal communication, etc).
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment related topics.

Requirements:
5 years of HR experience, at least 2-3 years in HR partnering role.
Possess a solid understanding of the full HR cycle: performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Deep knowledge of HR practices in the Israeli market. Global experience is an advantage.
Relevant academic background (Bachelor or masters degree in HR-related studies).
