The opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary senior marketer to join our organisation as the Head of Marketing. This is a critical position where you will have the opportunity to contribute as a significant and highly valued member of the ANZ Leadership Team, and where your marketing management expertise will help to drive commercial success and positively influence our Pivot to Growth strategy for the ANZ region.
As the Head of Marketing, your key focus will be to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for ANZ whilst providing hands on inspirational leadership to our marketing team. With proven successes in brand management and product launches within the dynamic pharmaceutical industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing plans for Teva’s diverse product portfolios spanning across Innovative Medicines, Generics and OTC products.
This role requires significant marketing and leadership experience thus if you have an exceptional leadership record coupled with a commercial, strategic mindset and a passion for driving executional excellence in pharmaceutical marketing, this role may be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role will report to the Vice President APAC Cluster Head & General Manager ANZ based in Australia.
How you’ll spend your day
Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a high performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Direct marketing function to execute flawless campaigns and promotional activities including digital marketing execution.
Product Launch: Drive product launch strategies and go-to-market plans, ensuring launch excellence and successful market penetration.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance, as well as regional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Own the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI. Provide forecast, modelling and business cases for supply chain and financial planning.
External stakeholder engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, partners, industry and government associations.
