Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to execution, ensuring all deliverables are exceptional and align with the company’s brand identity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, HR) to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that address business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the quality of our design work.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all visual assets and touchpoints.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
+10 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.
Proven experience in both agency and in-house high-tech environments.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills (+3 years of experience), with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of designers.
Experience in building and scaling design teams, from recruitment and onboarding to fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and inspire creativity in others.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in blockchain is a plus.
