What You’ll Do
Campaign Asset Creation: Design high-quality digital assets for various marketing campaigns including banners, email templates, and landing pages.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM team to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that meet their requirements and exceed expectations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and overall visual identity.
Creative Development: Contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts for various projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Feedback Implementation: Act on feedback from the Creative Manager and other stakeholders to refine and perfect designs.
Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the iGaming or a related digital industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
Creativity: High level of creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
