How you’ll spend your day
• Acts as central focal point for business units to cover tasks in AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and Global Transfers
• Independently manages master data project activities between business units
• Works continuously to improve Global Supply Chain Data Management by defining rules and scenarios and communicating to relevant stakeholders
• Analyses large sets of master data to identify continuous improvement potential and solve problems
• Works with other stakeholders to come up with proposals of corrective actions and initiate process improvements upon need
• Stays updated on emerging technologies, trends and best practices as Supply Chain Data management evolves
• Responsible for preparing and presenting project reports, progress updates and findings to stakeholders and the management
Your experience and qualifications
• Degree or equivalent – preferably a scientific or a business management discipline
• A high IT affinity and experience in Master Data in an ERP or Master Data Management system, ideally in SAP systems
• Project Management and Supply Chain experience is considered as a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of business stream processes
• Desire for working as part of an international team based in multiple locations
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
