We are seeking an experienced Campaigns & Programs Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and managing Account-Based Marketing programs, as well as broad experience in event planning, content marketing, and hands-on execution.
This role will be instrumental in driving our EMEA regional marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
ABM campaigns development, management and execution:
Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for key accounts.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create personalized marketing plans.
Monitor, analyze and optimize ABM campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
Field events planning and execution:
Source, plan and execute events, including industry events, conferences, and customer events (physical and virtual).
Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, management, and budget oversight.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with sales, corporate marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Analytical mindset understanding of how to leverage data to drive business decisions.
Utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions.
Track and report on KPIs for all programs.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing programs.
Reporting on marketing programs and ROI:
Performance reporting of marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.

5+ years of hands-on experience in campaign management and field marketing.

Experience using SF.com, 6Sense, Hive9, and any additional applications in relation to a marketing tech stack.
