We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented first level support for ERP Dynamics 365 F&O and to join our team. The successful candidate will provide 1st level support, assist in managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment and other supporting systems such as PLM and Power BI

:Duties and responsibilities
Perform system testing, quality assurance, and proper documentation per company procedures to ensure the stability and accuracy of the ERP system.
Conduct user training.
Maintain system settings and user accounts.
Handle system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Create system documentation and user guides.
Provide out-of-hours support for critical issues.
Education and Certifications
BSc / BA – Advantage for Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Microsoft MB-300 certification Advantage
Position Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining ERP systems with focus on Supply Chain and Production module.
Knowledge in Finance module – Advantage
Experience in an industrial, medical, or global company – Advantage.
Power BI and Power Automate knowledge Advantage.
PLM Systems knowledge Advantage.
Computer knowledge:
Office applications.
Power BI, Bartender, Database management or SQL Advantage
Capabilities:
