We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Employee Services Representative to join us.
Please note – the first stage of the recruiting process is a digital interview
Key Responsibilities:
Working in shifts to provide frontal services to employees such as: meals, kitchenettes, cellular, deliveries, office supplies, expenses, business cards, etc.
Welcoming vendors and distributors arriving to the office and helping in food ordering and office allocation and meeting rooms.
Offering friendly service to our workers, visitors of the building and those calling on phone.
We work in collaboration with peers in order to improve the employee experience of our workers.
Leading and initiating projects in the areas of facilities and employee services.
