Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decisions and ROI-based prioritization.
Fintech Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fintech sector is highly preferred.
Financial Crime Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial crime space, including AML, KYC, CDD, and screening, is a significant advantage.
Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data platforms, data streams, and software development processes.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Educational Background: Degree in a technology-related field.
