The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing Hexagate demand generation strategy, content creation, social activities, product marketing and branding. * Design and execute a strategy for generating demand, using inbound and outbound tactics across various marketing channels to produce a steady stream of high-quality leads.
* Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns that engage our audience and promote pipeline growth
* Define and refine Hexagate’s brand messaging for consistency across all channels.
* Boost Hexagate’s online visibility.
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless flow of leads to support revenue goals. Promptly design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement kit.
* Collaborate with the product team to create compelling materials and drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships through effective PR campaigns.
* Represent Hexagate at industry conferences, webinars, and events, networking with key stakeholders and positioning Hexagate as a thought leader.
* Design and execute the company’s content calendar, covering industry trends, educational content, case studies, and more.
* Develop and execute a social media content strategy that engages our audience, sets a narrative, and reinforces the Hexagate brand.
* Design and implement marketing automation, attribution, and operational dashboards in Hubspot.
* Build and manage a marketing team.
* Identify and retain advisors and ambassadors who can help achieve our mission and support our brand.

* Demonstrated understanding of blockchain market dynamics, terminology, personas, and varying customer needs.
* Played a significant role in a marketing team in a SaaS startup that scaled revenue rapidly.
* Experience in implementing marketing-related processes in Hubspot.
* Proven experience in designing and executing campaigns, demand gen, branding, and messaging that resulted in fast revenue growth.
* Experience in running lead gen, marketing and social campaigns for blockchain builders in Twitter, Discord, Medium, etc.
* Proven track record in building sales enablement kits and executing content calendars.
* Experience in building and managing marketing teams.
* Technical background or technical writing background – an advantage.
