As the Director of Growth, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive paid and organic acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, this is a high-impact managerial position within the marketing team, and you will be responsible for overseeing SEO and paid media channels, managing significant budgets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with agencies to develop and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Effectively communicate business objectives and provide feedback to ensure campaign success.
Manage and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

Spearhead innovative initiatives within the growth team, exploring new and creative ways to acquire and retain users.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to inform growth strategies.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid media – Must.
3+ years of experience leading a team – Must
Proven track record of driving growth in a similar managerial capacity.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing SEO and paid media strategies, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment – Must.
Demonstrated success in managing significant budgets and achieving measurable results.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and the latest industry trends.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
