Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor helmets, is looking for an experienced, organized, driven, and passionate marketer to lead our corporate marketing operations. The role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Job Description In this role, you will be in charge of Directing our Field Marketing operations, including our regional marketing managers in America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, leading our Marcom and PR activities, Initiating and managing global campaigns and the company marketing calendar and being an integral and contributing member of Cardo’s Marketing management. This is a cross-functional role that demands experience, tenacity, and control. Your success will be measured by your ability to contribute to our regional sales and marketing teams, distributors, online vendors, and large retail chains worldwide. * Work with our territory marketing people, salespeople, regional distributors, and Managing Directors to create and execute both global and regional campaigns. Share field inputs with all relevant functions in the Cardo organization.
* Obtain, review, and approve all regional and country-specific marketing plans and programs. Provide the CMO with proactive status reports and field feedback.
* Lead our channel communications across all territories. Create content where needed, share creative ideas between the different territories, and the HQ.
* Direct Cardo’s Marcom activities, including events, marcom resources, brand equity, and plan Cardo’s marketing calendar.
* Supervise a team of Marcom and Copywriting professionals. Manage by matrix (dotted line) all regional marketers across the globe.
* Work in a tight loop and amicable relationships with other marketing management functions, including Digital, Product Marketing, studio, and Others. Share ideas, feedback, and action items with your peers. Make sure the Marketing team works as one well-informed unit.
* Build and leverage strong relationships with other functions in the Cardo organization to create marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns that move the needle and bring results.

* Avid motorcyclists and skier/snow-boarder – a strong plus.
* 7+ years of working internationally with distributors, large retailers, online and offline channels. Experience working abroad – a strong plus.
* A self-energized, expressive, and charismatic leader who can go deep into the details without losing focus of the big picture. A great performer who can inspire, combined with accountant-like organizational skills that can follow and manage multiple parallel tasks.
* 4+ years of managing marketing teams. Demonstrated cross-cultural abilities, conflict resolution, matrix management, and empathy in resolving everyday management challenges.
* Excellent communication skills. Can handle one-on-one sittings with the same ease as presenting in front of 300 people in a hall. Can write their own PPTs. Knows how to tell a story and captivate the audience.
* Experience with modern, up-to-date marketing mix, including online and offline marketing, digital and physical marketing assets, PoS, and More.
* Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external events, vendors, and international projects; Experience planning and executing multiple complex marketing
