we are looking to add a new team member to establish our Commercial Desk in Tel Aviv, to support our rapidly growing high-tech company in closing deals worldwide, renewing existing customers, leveraging pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract review, and ensuring the proper closure of each deal. This position is part of the Finance Revenue Operations team and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and MIS to ensure deals are executed with efficiency and accuracy.
This position reports to the Head of Business Operations.

What will you do:
Support the Sales and Customer Success teams in processing quotes, getting discount approval, ensuring compliance with published policies, and accelerating deal efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy of closed deals.
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc.) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure.
Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs.
Represent Deal Desk requirements in enhancement projects.
Support the Sales and Customer Success teams in responding to RFI/RFP documents
Requirements:
3+ years of proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, Sales Operations experience
Salesforce experience MUST (Admin skill preferred)
Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details
Excellent communicator, problem-solver and project manager
Prior experience working with multi-national teams
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities
Ability to thrive in a remote position
General high-tech / startup / software experience Required
Previous experience in working with Israeli startups – Preference
BA in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering degree or LL.B
