Teva Israel’s Financial Department is seeking a talented and motivated senior financial manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end financial management of Teva Israel Specialty and Gx Business Units.
Responsibilities
• Support for commercial activities – work closely with the commercial teams, set of financial models, and data-driven analysis to evaluate and support commercial and operational decisions, including business development activities.
• Business planning and control – lead the Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Planning, and ongoing, rolling forecasts of the BU’s. Establish business KPIs, and financial reconciliation with external suppliers and perform periodic evaluation of the sales, market trends, profitability, agreements, and cost monitoring.
• Accounting – running BU accounting-related activities in collaboration with the accounting unit and in line with corporate policies
• Close collaboration with corporate global functions and other internal stakeholders.
• Working with high-level management, providing analytical analysis for strategic decisions
Your experience and qualifications
Academic background – bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, or accounting (CPA and MBA – an advantage).
Proven financial experience – minimum of 5-7 years in a financial position, resulting in developing and implementing creative financial analyses, applying a strategic approach, and strong business acumen.
Business partner – proven experience as a financial business partner (an advantage in the pharma industry), financial support to business decisions, developing relevant KPIs for the business units.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of FP&A processes including business planning and control, accounting know-how, and periodic closing.
Ability to work in a multinational environment, with multiple stakeholders
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SAP knowledge an advantage
