* Oversee ongoing accounting procedures and bookkeeping.
* Prepare financial statements and managerial reports.
* Develop and implement financial policies and accounting procedures.
* Assist the Controller in interfacing with the company’s external auditors.
* Work closely with the company’s partners and vendors in Israel and abroad.
