Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra’anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market. We are looking for an experienced and sharp Algorithms Team Lead with management experience and a solid understanding in Deep Learning and Computer Vision in order to effectively lead a team of 4 researchers who develop the core networks and algorithms for collision avoidance, utilizing multiple cameras at multiple wavelengths and zoom, multiple corresponding inertial and location hardware. What will you do?
* Leading a team of 4 researchers and communicate with other research teams.
* Developing the next generation algorithms including different CNN architectures, CV algorithms and algorithms that utilize Physics in complex environment.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader- Mandatory
* At least 5 years’ experience as a researcher- Mandatory
* Proven experience with Computer Vision, Deep-Learning algorithms and classic Machine Learning.
* Experience with Python.
* Experience with PyTorch.
* Deep knowledge in CNN for object detection, classification & segmentation
* Good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and passionate about learning
* Focus on delivery of solutions for real world scenario in challenging timeframe
