We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT team As our IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s employee computing environment, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktop hardware and software, servers, networking, cloud, and local environments, and ordering and maintaining IT equipment.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
* Installation of new computers for company employees
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer operating systems, software, hardware, and printers.
* Support Active Directory, G Suite, Office 365, Atlassian products, and Okta environments.
* Order and maintain the IT equipment and support and maintain the meeting rooms.
* Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
* Servers and storage maintenance.
* Creating and provisioning FW and networking protocols.
* Creating automation and maintaining the current ones.

* Knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux – Must
* Microsoft 365, local AD, and Azure AD – Must

* Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) – Must
* Familiarity with Firewalls and Switches (Cisco)
* Basic familiarity with networking and protocols such as – TCP\IP, DHCP, and DNS.MCITP or CCNA
* Familiarity with hardware components (Laptops and PCs) – servers an advantage
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Familiarity with ESXi and Vsphere management
