We are looking for an IT system administrator to join our IT team As our IT Sys-Admim you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s employee’s computing environment, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktop hardware and software.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
* Installation of new computers for company employees
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer operating systems, software, and hardware.
* Support Active Directory, G Suite, Office 365, Atlassian products, and Okta environments.
* Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
* Proactively identify trends in user issues to assist in continual service improvement.

* Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

* Familiarity with Firewalls and Switches (Cisco) – Advantage.
