We are looking for an incredible Customer Success Manager to lead and manage our Brands onboarding to the platform.
You will be the key point of contact for our Brands & Retailers and own the relationship once they become clients.
You will work closely with the Operations Teams to ensure the continued growth of the brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead & ensure quick and efficient onboarding of Brands to the platform
Account management of our Brands & Retailers to ensure they are provided full support from all internal teams for their day-to-day operations to run smoothly
Develop strong relationships with brands and act as a trusted advisor to each client
Analyze and identify opportunities within existing businesses and for new business opportunities
Be the go-to resource for any questions regarding our platform and services and provide training as needed
Address and resolve any issues in a timely fashion both directly with clients and with internal teams
Work internally to provide feedback on our platform and service offering based on client feedback

2-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies
Sales/Retail experience
Technical background and understanding of project management methodologies
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market – Advantage
Analytical and data-driven
Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English – written and verbal (native speaker level)
Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
A team player with a can-do attitude
Willingness to work primarily with US & European customers
