What youll do:
Collaborate with the account department to understand client objectives and develop creative concepts for sports content, specifically focusing on video production.
Collaborate with the account department to provide regular updates on project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in optimizing video content for various platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and visibility.
Work closely with the content team to create cohesive and integrated content campaigns that incorporate video elements.
Research and analyze sports content in market trends and what is created by our key customers in various mediums such as Social, Digital & TV to find new opportunities
Be the editors voice and help our teams to understand better the tools, the methodologies, and the content standards. For example audio transitions, video cuts, overlays, graphics, etc.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industrys best practices and implement them into our automatic and manual video editing products.
Research our current storylines and come up with creative ways to implement improvements to our automation.
Continually review our created content, help our team to improve our platform, and set higher standards for our automation.
Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with different teams to deliver quality content.

Requirements:
Love for sports, content editing, and data!!!
1-2+ years of content experience in the Sports Industry
Proven work experience as a Video Editor and/or Content Manager in general and specifically in creating sports highlights
Storytelling skills, creative mind, and experience in building stories lines for sports highlights
Experience working with multiple editing platforms and suites such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Rush, Avid, Final Cut, and Mobile editing platforms.
Ability to analyze data and extract insights from it.
Proven project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
A tech-Savvy person who will quickly learn to use multiple new tools.
Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a can-do approach, great communication skills, and ability to work in a super challenging and dynamic startup environment.
Proficient verbal and written English
Bonus Points:
Practical knowledge of monetization, digital marketing, and advertising technologies.
Previous experience in a sports data/analytics company is an advantage
Previous experience in a startup is an advantage
Understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
Bachelors degree in film, creative writing, and communications. MBA or advanced degree.
Design skills and user-experience orientation.
