The position
The Finance Department at Mobileye, a leading global high-tech company, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial team and act as the right hand to the CFO. What will your job look like:
Provide administrative support: scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements and responding to meeting requests.
Managing finance department interfaces with external parties like banks and internal stakeholders such as legal and HR.
Follow up on multiple tasks until they are assigned and handled by a finance representative and tracking workflows.
Processing relevant signatures on an internal signing application and keeping track of all documents until fully executed.
Provide administrative support to executive management and office staff.
Assist in organizing departmental events, workshops, offsites, and training sessions.
All you need is:
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global high-tech company.
High level of written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
Knowledge with Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- an advantage.
Flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Quick learner, curious and proactive with good administrative/execution skills.
Ability to take control and manage tasks independently to closure.
The position requires attendance at the Tel Aviv site twice a week, at the Jerusalem site twice a week, and working from home once a week.
