About The Team
Our team supports B2B (business to business) & Fintech Clients to maximize their product potential , improve performance by offering creative solutions, assisting them targeting the right audience, handle policy issues and scale their activity. Our team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help achieve clients marketing goals.
As a Partnership Manager, you will work with leading IL (Israeli) B2B & Fintech developers focused mainly on paid user acquisition activity. The B2B & Fintech Partnership Manager role will be to identify relevant potential leads, evaluate the opportunity, focus on activation, scale the clients media activity on (Brands & Performance), and be a trusted advisors to our partners.
The role will be located in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
Business Management and Development:
– Identify strategic leads and drive cooperation .
– Maintain a robust sales pipeline, to achieve revenue targets, drive penetration and account growth.
– Be the primary POC (point of contact) and maintain strong direct relationships with C-level and marketing teams.
– Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Campaign Planning and Management:
– Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
-Support client’s performance by supplying data trends and industry insights, develop strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and sales presentations.
– Facilitate ad campaigns from start to finish, with deep knowledge of ads solutions and understanding of the clients’ needs.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
– Serve as an internal advocate for our partners and work with internal cross-functions.
Work with cross-functional Client Solutions team to maintain healthy ROI (return on investment), improve work efficiency, and build long term growth.
– Work with Marketing team to develop pitch narratives and case studies, and take part in industry events and conferences to be positioned as a thought leader.
– Work with various product teams, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Wide experience working in Business development/ sales in the B2B or Fintech IL industry.
Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems with performance media buying and attribution models.
Experience and success in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts.
Experience in building trusted relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders by developing a strong understanding of the client business and driving deep, data-driven insights.
A data-driven approach to user acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and data analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written.
