The position:
Mobileye China R&D Center is looking for a highly motivated
Algorithm Engineer
. As an Algorithm Engineer, you will be working on the REM solution, which is a unique ADAS/ autonomous driving technology innovated by Mobileye.
The REM solution, developed based on large amount of road and driving experience data as well as AI technology, is a crowdsourced and continuously updated map which digitizes precisely what autonomous driving vehicles need. It is an efficient tool to realize safe and economic advanced assisted driving and autonomous driving.  
What will your job look like:

Understand autonomous driving and REM algorithms, develop and debug autonomous driving algorithms, including clustering, classification, alignment, stitching, localization, and machine learning algorithm, etc.
Recognize algorithmic issues and articulate problems using technical language.
Write clean, maintainable, testable code. Develop probes to automatically detect algorithm issues.
Analyze the performance of algorithms and keep continuous improvement.
All you need is:

M.S. or PhD. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Solid background in computational geometry, experience in designing machine learning algorithms.
Extensive Python programming experience and ability to tackle real-world problems, using PySpark for data processing is plus.
Highly motivated self-starter and self-learner proficient in a full stack of technologies
Effective communication and logical thinking abilities.
Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Good oral/written communication in Mandarin and English.
