A leading global technological company is seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing PMO to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this key role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing projects while taking part in AOP (Annual Operating Plan) planning. You will be responsible for driving project success, optimizing outcomes, and enhancing overall marketing performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
• Project Management & Strategic Planning:
o Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
o Partner with senior leadership to define clear project objectives, success metrics, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals (AOP).
o Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones while ensuring clear, effective communication.
• Process Improvement & Continuous Learning:
o Analyze current marketing and project management processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
o Implement industry best practices and establish global standards for marketing operations.
o Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by identifying emerging industry trends and integrating them into team training to maintain a competitive edge.
• Budget & Resource Management:
o Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources to achieve marketing goals and project objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Prepare and present detailed project performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
o Develop robust project analytics tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
