About the position: We seek information security specialists to join our professional services teams and support our clients’ security teams. Your daily work will include: Configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and follow-up on inquiries forwarded to the manufacturer’s teams. A full-time position, including on-call incident response from home.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in positions such as IT Support/Help Desk/Technical Support/System Administrator At least 1 year of practical experience (with troubleshooting) working with one or more endpoint security solutions such as: EDR, DLP, Email Security, Antivirus, IPSec, Web filtering, Web secure Gateway, etc. Excellent understanding of network communication processes and protocols. Must be able to work and learn independently. High verbal communication skills, and an ability to provide excellent service. Available for a full-time position.
