we are looking for a Controller to join our growing Finance team. If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, curious, pay attention to details, and have wide accounting knowledge – we are looking for you.
Heres what youll be doing
* Take Full responsibility for the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP
* Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of consolidated financial statements, local reporting, and tax filings.
* Full responsibility for all day-to-day Israeli and subsidiarys financial activities.
* Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data.
* Supervising the Israelis and subsidiaries payroll process
* Cash flow control including billing, collection, payments to vendors, and ongoing communication with banks.
* Manage debt facilities manage debt draws schedule, controls over balances and interests, reporting to debtees.
* Work closely with the operations team on general operative processes and controls.
* Maintain companys costing model
* International taxation, transfer pricing control

* 3+ years of experience from an international start-up/Hi-Tech company (publicly traded-required) with multiple subsidiaries – Must
* CPA with a Big 4 Hi-Tech department experience
* Experience preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to US GAAP – Must
* Experience in direct and indirect ongoing compliance work
* Experience in leading a bookkeeping team and working with global companies
* Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently
* Experience in implementing and/or working in SOX-compliant environment
* High proficiency in Excel
* Excellent English written and verbal
* Working experience with Priority an advantage
