We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Forecast Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data and developing forecasts to support strategic decision-making. The Forecast Analyst will work closely with various departments to provide insights and predictions that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities – Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and business insights. – Create and maintain forecasting models using statistical methods and software tools. – Collaborate with departments to understand their forecasting needs and requirements. – Prepare and present reports on forecast accuracy, trends, and business impacts to stakeholders. – Monitor and adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions or business strategies. – Assist in the development of annual and quarterly business plans by providing detailed forecasts and projections. – Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all forecasting activities.

Requirements:
– BSc in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent from a recognized university – Must – Up to 2 years experience in data / forecast / business analytics roles. – Experience in a high-tech company a plus. – Excellent English – a must. – Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel. – Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, self-starter, ability to operate multiple tasks in a fast-paced business environment. – Team player and excellent communication skills.
