Utilizing digital platforms and tools to engage with healthcare professionals and provide them with valuable information and resources.
Building strong relationships with Primary Care Physicians, Diabetologists and Endocrinologists and serve as a trusted partner in their diabetes management journey.
Utilizing both face-to-face interactions and digital platforms to ensure a comprehensive and versatile engagement strategy.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare technology.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Excellence (CE) and Clinical Development, Medical & Regulatory Affairs (CMR) to maximize the sales of Novo Nordisk products.
Oוur office located in Kfar Saba. This is a hybrid position which requires your presence in the office three days a week.
At least a Bachelors degree in Life Science or Medical degree.
At least 2-3 years of experience as Sales Representative in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Out of the box thinking and willingness to explore, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Understanding of diabetes management and the challenges faced by patients – advantage.
High performance in MCE usage advantage.
Experience with General Practitioner (GPs) and Family Practition advantage.
