CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain deep, current knowledge about medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating a broad and deep network of HCPs about Abbott products.
Execute on multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for Abbott brand product and grow recommendation and market share.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) throughout customer accounts at different levels of responsibility and influence using existing relationships with HCPs and others to expand customer network.
Use data and insights from digital and other omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and choose engagement activities that will fit the needs, preferences and goals of each individual HCP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and Abbott brands, influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent, end-to-end customer engagement experience.
Measure progress against customer and account objectives and take action to meet targets.
Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
Achieve cycle and annual sales plan of Pediatric Nutrition in products as laid out in the sales forecast.
Conduct sales calls using selling techniques and methodology employed by Abbott.
Achieve coverage and frequency of targeted customers as defined by the team leader.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in terms of disease areas, products, competitors, health-care trends and environment.
This is a field position – job requires meeting doctors across country and specific in Central/ South area of Israel.
B.Sc. Nutrition / Nursing/ life science or equivalent – must
Experience & Background
Relevant sales experience – Must.
Professional employment as a Medical Rep – an advantage.
Familiarity computerized work environment.
